What’s inside
Most planners assume you'll remember to open them. Momentum is built for ADHD brains: one daily launch page with only three priorities, a brain dump and pile sorter for when everything feels urgent, a task breakdown page that ends with a two-minute first step, and a time check that shows how long things really take. Weekly reset, routines, a 31-day habit tracker, bills and admin, and a fun and fuel menu round it out. Undated, so a missed week costs you nothing. Print what you need, as many times as you need.

How it’s used
Built for
- Adults with ADHD or ADHD-like struggles with starting, finishing, and time
- Clinicians and coaches who want a planner to hand out between sessions
- Anyone who has quit a dated planner after one missed week
A simple flow
- Empty your head onto the brain dump, then sort it with the pile sorter.
- Each morning, pick only three priorities on the daily launch page.
- Break one stuck task down until the first step takes two minutes.
- Do a weekly reset and print fresh pages as often as you need.
Informed by
From the PDF’s evidence snapshot (page 2): Planning, organizing, and task breakdown skills are core parts of cognitive behavioral therapy for adult ADHD. In a randomized trial of adults with ongoing ADHD symptoms, CBT focused on these skills did better than an active comparison treatment (Safren et al., 2010, JAMA, PMID 20736471). A planner is a tool, not treatment, but it can support that work.
